Hi, I’m Zinia, a certified yoga teacher and filmmaker. What makes yoga different from any other sport, for me, is the mental aspect. Beyond the physical practice, yoga helps you become more present, aware, and connected to yourself both on and off the mat. I teach yoga for groups, events, private sessions, and kids’ classes, adapting each practice to the needs of the people in front of me, and I’m also currently working toward my aerial yoga certification
