1. Role of Click Coach

Click Coach is a platform that connects individuals, parents, and trainees (“Trainees”) with independent sports professionals (“Coaches”) for in-person training sessions. Coaches manage their own profiles, locations, travel ranges, pricing, and availability.

Click Coach reviews profiles and documents with reasonable care, but Coaches are not employees or representatives of Click Coach. They are independent third parties responsible for their own conduct, safety practices, and interactions with Trainees.

Coach Information

• Passport or government-issued ID

• Experience, bio, and training specialties

• Availability & scheduling preferences
• Bank information for payouts

Trainee / Parent Information

• Contact details
• Information about the trainee, including minors you register (e.g., name, age, sport preferences)

By adding a minor, you confirm you have legal authority to do so.

Booking Details

• Sessions booked or offered
• Dates, locations, and status of sessions
• Transaction metadata (when payments become available)

Communications & Support

• Messages sent to Click Coach
• In-app communication with Coaches or Trainees
• Reviews, support requests, surveys

Log & Usage Data

• Browser or OS information
• Pages viewed
• Dates/times of access

Device & Technical Data

• Device model

• App interaction data

• Coaches: Published training locations and travel ranges

5. Off-Platform Communications & Safety Reporting

If a Coach or Trainee chooses to exchange contact information outside the Click Coach app (e.g., phone calls, WhatsApp, in-person), Click Coach cannot control or protect data shared outside the platform.

User Safety

If any Coach or Trainee behaves in a way that makes you uncomfortable, unsafe, threatened, or disrespected, you may report the behavior through the app or by contacting Click Coach.

We may take actions including:

• Reviewing the report
• Warning or suspending the involved user
• Removing accounts
• Involving relevant authorities (when required or appropriate)

6. International Data Transfers

Although Click Coach launches in Lebanon, we may store, process, or transfer data in other countries as we scale internationally. These countries may have different data protection laws.

Where required, we adopt safeguards to protect your information.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to:
